Spice up your fries!

Add a bit more oomph to normal boring french fries...

preparation and cooking - 25 minutes
serving size depends how much fries you want!

Ingredients
any type of oven fries
bite sized smoked bacon
2tbsp chopped parsley
pepper
a spoonful of oil

Method
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
2. Brush baking pan with a spoonful of oil
3. Place fries into tray and mix bacon into fries
4. Sprinkly two pinches of pepper over and parsley
5. Put into oven for about 20 mins, when done, serve with a dollop of mayo and tomato sauce :)

Special Shepherd's Pie

Preparation and Cooking - about an hour
Serves 3-4 people

Filling
1/2 Chopped onion
2 tbsp Worchester Sauce
2 tbsp double concentrated tomato Puree (or 3 1/2 tbsp of tomato puree)
350g minced meat(pork/beef)
250ml of 1 chicken stock cube dissolved in water

Pasta
2 handfuls of Penne pasta boiled in water with 1 tbsp of olive oil and a pinch of salt.

thickening
5-6tbsp water mixed with 2tsp of cornflour

Topping
200g of Mashed potato (i used instant)

Optional
chopped parsley
shredded mozzarella/cheddar cheese
salt and pepper

Method
1. Heat 2-3tbsp of oil in pan over high heat, add onions, fry until brown
2. Add minced meat and fry till brown or fully cooked.
3. Add chicken stock, Worchester suace, tomato puree, turn to medium heat and mix. While waiting, preheat oven to 180 degrees.
4. When bubbling, add thickening, turn to low heat and continue mixing for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Pour filling into a deep baking pan (no bigger than 20x30cm)
6. Mix pasta in with filling
7. Spread mashed potato on top and sprinkle cheese, chopped parsley and pinches of salt and pepper on top.
8. Put in oven and bake for about 20 minutes or till mashed potato turns a light brown at the tops.

Fruit Soup (with or without Noodles)


Preperation and cooking - about 20 minutes
serves 2


Ingredients
2 chicken stock cubes
1 apple
2 large potatoes
1 large carrot
2 bananas
1 onion
grounded black pepper/or grounded herbs
noodles (optional)
about 960ml of water (i.e. the amount of water needed for 2 chicken stock cubes)


Method
1. Cut the apple, bananas, carrot, onion, and potatoes up
2. Next, boil the water and put the 2 chicken stock cubes into the water
3. Stir the water until the stock cubes have dissolved
4. Put the cut up ingredients into the water and stir
5. Once the carrot and potatoes have softened up (in about 10 minutes) put the noodles into the soup (if you choose to do so, if not, just continue to stir the soup for a bit longer).
6. Once ready, put in bowls and serve with grounded black pepper/herbs on top

Eat, drink and be merry :D

Minced pork and egg sauce

Preparation and cooking - 15-20 minutes
serves 1/2

Ingredients
150-200g minced pork
1 tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Light soya sauce
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 egg
salt and pepper

Thickening
1 small bowl of water mixed with 2 tbsp cornflour

Method:
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan on medium heat, add garlic and fry till little bit brown, add a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Add minced pork, and another pinch of salt and pepper. Fry till half-cooked (when meat isn't very pink)
3. Add fish sauce, fry abit more, then add light soya sauce, dark soya sauce and another pinch of Salt and pepper.
4. fry until meat is fully cooked (not pink) then add the thickening, turn up heat and continue mixing in thickening with meat.
5. When it starts bubbling, turn off the heat and break egg into the pan, mix.

Serve over rice.. enjoy :D

Our doctors are very experienced with making food quickly; so do not worry. Both doctors graduated from the Doctor Food University of Amazing Food with distinctions.

As stated just now, they are taste tested as well - not animal tested. Do not worry. We have experience.
